Teaching Practice Phase 1 : Day 8👩‍🏫

8th day in Government Model Boys Higher Secondary School.  It was a fully engaged day.I was physically very weak.As it was the 67 th birthday of Kerala (Kerala Piravi Day),the school had a special morning assembly in common.The assembly started by 9 30 am.There were poems and songs related to Kerala by each standard.HM's message was also there.A pledge was also taken in accordance with this day.


After that,HM assigned the duty to make the students practice an english skit for subjilla kalolsavam.Babita teacher recommended a short film which was the influence of technology. it was a new experince for me and I was a  little tensed .I wrote the script by watching the skit and fixed the 7 characters in it.Students were given the charcter name. Rakendu ,my friend also joined me in making them practice.We made them practice the half portion of scene1 in the noon.I really enjoyed the practice session.It was really interesting.After that I had class on 8 B.I taught balance problem related to compound interest using equation. 

After national anthem,everyone left the school.It was a day with lot of new experiences.

The last day of the five-day community living camp “Chiranthana”. At 6:30 AM, “Day-5” of the camp started with the ‘Aerobics’ under the guidance of Ms. Jithi J.G. (Physical Instructor at CET). As it was the last day of the camp, the students have actively participated and enjoyed the whole session. The session was ended with giving Vote of thanks to Ms. Jithi J.G. for the five days Aerobics session. The vote of thanks is given by Mrs. Chinju S. Nair (Hindi). After the Aerobics, the students were instructed to clean their respective allotted rooms. The students were instructed to assemble in the hall at 9:30 A.M. At 9:30 A.M., the Camp news session was conducted. The session was taken by the Resource Person, Mr. Harikrishnan (Motivator, Upcycling Trainer and Natural Lover). The session was conducted by presenting models of many recycled products which have been prepared by the waste materials. 5th day of school internship program. Today, I came to school as usual and signed the attendance register in HM's room. today I have class on the 4th period. I teach the balance question of finding compound interest and give activity cards. Duty teacher was busy with the work so teacher didn't came to the class. so that many of them were not paying attention to my class I race to my voice higher than them but nothing happens . At last I gave follow activity. after the lunch I went the same class for the class management.  At 3 30 pm at time of national anthem,we stayed for lining up the students in leaving the school in disciplined way.We reminded HM and our concerned teachers that we are leaving for exams and will be coming on October 30 afternoon. I saw my classmates while leaving the school and we shared our teaching experience with them and left the school.

Teaching Practice Phase 1 : Day 1👩‍🏫

As part of B.Ed curriculum, we have school internship programe from Oct 9th,2023 to Dec 15th. For that i choose Govt model boys HSS, Thycaud.  We came to school at 9:15am. Today there was a school assembly. After that we went to staffroom. Everyone left to take their class. I got third and fourth for substitution. (8c and 9b). I had class in 5th period. (After lunch break) After lunch I also went to take class. That was 8b. I started 5th chapter money math. It was very difficult for me to manage the class. Somehow I managed to complete my lesson plan. I finished the simple interest and gave follow up activity.  At 3:30, after national anthem we left the school.
